The Ins and Outs of Our Budget Billing

• Utilizing the previous year's propane purchase history, we calculate your budget by multiplying the gallons with the projected propane price and dividing it over 11 months. The twelfth month is then allocated for settling the account.
• To enroll in the budget program, your account balance must have a credit, current, or zero balance at the time of enrollment. 
• Budget billing begins May 1st and ends April 30th the following year.
• The budget must be fully paid out by April 30th.
• Any credit balances can be rolled over to the following year's budget or refunded to the customer.
• Budgets will be reviewed on December 31st, and adjustments may be made based on consumption and fuel price fluctuations.
• It's essential to consider that this budget is an estimate, and any significant changes in consumption or fuel prices can impact your overall propane spending. However, rest assured that there are no finance charges involved in this program.
• In the event of two consecutive missed payments, you will be removed from the program, and all balances will become due and payable before further propane deliveries. (Any outstanding balances will then be subject to finance charges or administration fees.)
